Masterplast Nonwoven GmbH is a specialized manufacturer of nonwoven industrial textiles. With our one-layer Spunbonds and two- or three-layer nonwoven industrial laminates, as well as with the development of specialized products, we are able to fulfill the demands of several industrial segments in a high quality.
As a specialized manufacturer of single-layer nonwoven fleeces with a wide range of combinable and controllable product properties, as well as two- and three-layer nonwoven textiles with adjustable vapor permeability film coating, we are at the disposal of our industrial customers with a special background.
Masterplast Group
Masterplast Group has acquired the production facility with its complete professional staff and know-how package. Thus, Masterplast has taken over not only technology and capacity, but also decades of manufacturing knowledge, experience and partnerships. The strategical aim of Masterplast Group is to keep the entire supply chain under control, and build mutually successful relationships with its industrial partners, based on its own manufacturing background.
Specialist in nonwoven products
In 2021, Masterplast establishes another nonwoven manufacturing plant at its HQ, and thus further expands the range of manufactured nonwoven products as well as the production capacity.
Because of the professional and technological know-how of Masterplast Nonwoven GmbH, further opportunities have opened up for the production of nonwoven textiles and finished products designed especially for the healthcare industry.
We are at the disposal of our industrial partners with two European factories of spunbonded nonwoven products and laminates.
2 production plants
ASCHERSLEBEN – GERMANY
At our plant in Germany, we produce single-layer spunbonded nonwoven products and laminates of 2- or 3-layers.
Due to the BICO Technology, the product characteristics could be widely varied and adjusted.
Capacity figures:
– Single-layer nonwoven Spunbond: 6,000 MT/year
– Nonwoven laminates produced in a combination of 2- or 3-layers: 8 000 MT/year
SÁRSZENTMIHÁLY – HUNGARY
This plant is now under development, we currently produce laminates for construction industrie of 2-4 layers of nonwoven-based fabrics, breather roof underlayments, house-wraps and vapor control layers.
Capacity figures:
– Nonwoven laminates of 2- or 4-layers: 8-30 M m2/year
– Manufacturing range of unit weights: 70-220 g/m2
